The SUNLIT Team is working hard on ultrathin CIGS solar cells, in the framework of the ARCIGS-M H2020 european project, with the strong involvement of Louis Gouillart during his PhD work, and our postdoctoral researcher Joya Zeitouny.

Our recent results were obtained in close collaboration with the UMR IPVF and the Uppsala University (coord. Marika Edoff). They are highlighted is two major photovoltaics conferences:

  • Stéphane Collin gave an invited talk on Ultrathin CIGS solar cells with highly reflective back contacts at the Virtual Chalcogenide PV Conference 2020, 25th – 28th May 2020, attracting about 270 attendees online.
  • Andrea Cattoni will give an extended oral presentation on Ultrathin Cu(In,Ga)Se2 solar cells with Ag-based reflective back contacts at the 47th IEEE Photovoltaics Specialists Conference (PVSC), which will be held as a virtual Meeting from June 15 to August 21, 2020. Andrea Cattoni will be part of the session Chalcogenide PV Roadmap (Panel) and Area 2 Highlights – Area 2 (Live Event) on Monday, June 15.
